By accessing or using Axiom Homeschool Workspace OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Axiom Homeschool Workspace OS provides software tools for families and educators to plan curriculum, track instructional hours and attendance, manage homeschool scholarship ledgers (EFA), maintain reading logs, and generate academic summary records.
Parents and legal guardians are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and supervisor PINs. You agree to provide accurate information and ensure that student use is supervised by an adult educator.
You retain all rights, ownership, and intellectual property in the content, student records, custom curriculum entries, and lesson logs you create. Axiom does not claim ownership over any user-created academic data.
While Axiom provides tools to assist with state attendance hours and record keeping, homeschool legal requirements vary by jurisdiction. Parents remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local state or district education regulations.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our adherence to student data protection standards.
Axiom Homeschool operates in strict adherence to the Google APIs Terms of Service and Google Cloud Acceptable Use Policy. The Service is dedicated solely to homeschool academic organization, student pacing, and family education.
Zero-Tolerance Prohibition of AI Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII): Users are strictly prohibited from using Axiom Homeschool or any integrated Google APIs or AI services for the creation, processing, hosting, or distribution of AI-generated Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII), sexually explicit media, deepfakes, or non-educational synthetic content. Axiom does not support or provide tools for generating non-consensual imagery. Any violation will result in immediate permanent account termination and referral to law enforcement.
