Account and Data Deletion Request

At Axiom Homeschool, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal information and educational records.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated family data at any time through either of the following methods:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

1. Open the Axiom Homeschool app on your device.
2. Log in using your registered Parent / Supervisor account.
3. Navigate to Settings > Academy & Family Hub.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete Account & Household Data.
5. Confirm the prompt to immediately initiate data removal.

Option 2: Email Request (No App Install Required)

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can submit a deletion request directly to our team:

• Send an email to: contact@axiomhomeschool.com
• Subject Line: Account Deletion Request - Axiom Homeschool
• Required Details: Include the primary parent email address associated with your Google account / Firebase login and your Family Workspace Code (if known).

What Data is Deleted

Upon verification and processing of your deletion request, the following records are permanently removed from our active Firestore databases and cloud storage buckets:

• Parent Profile Data: Names, email addresses, and Firebase Authentication records.
• Student Profiles: Names, ages, grades, custom avatars, and dashboard PINs.
• Academic Logs: Curriculum pacing, daily schedules, progress logs, calendar events, and attendance records.
• Portfolios & Media: Uploaded student artwork, project photos, voice recordings, and digital scrapbook entries.
• EFA/Compliance Records: Uploaded receipts, itemized expense breakdowns, and generated PDF reports.
• Device Data: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device push notification tokens.

What Data is Retained and Retention Period

• Deletion Timeline: All personal and academic data is permanently erased from active production systems within 30 days of receiving your request.
• Retained Records: Payment transaction identifiers, billing history tokens (processed securely via Google Play or Stripe), and invoices are retained for up to 7 years strictly to comply with legal, tax, and state educational audit requirements. These records do not contain student learning data.
• Backup Purges: Routine server database backups overwrite and permanently destroy expired snapshots within 60 days.
